Mom & Me Yoga, 3-5 years
When Yoga becomes a game with mom!
Saturday 17:30-18:30
Children of preschool and toddler age can practice yoga together with their parents in a small group. With creative play as a vehicle and yoga postures as a guide, they develop psychosomatically, learn to socialize, cultivate cooperation and gain awareness of the physical and emotional body.
Yoga Flow & Aerial for Kids, 5-7 and 8-10 years old
Monday - Friday 17:15-18:15
The course is a combination of aerial practice and yoga practice on the ground in order for the child/adolescent to obtain the maximum possible benefits with both forms of exercise.
The course includes:
Discussion within the circle
Kinetics and vocal actions
Audio stories and asanas (postures).
Aerial yoga
Music games
Breathing games
Concentration games
Songs - Relaxation
Flow & Aerial Yoga for Teens, 11-15 years old
Monday to Friday 18:30-19:30
Saturday 12:30-13:30
This specific practice aims for the teenager to learn to connect with himself, with his body and to quiet his mind in a non-competitive environment with age-appropriate techniques. Through breathing techniques, it achieves calmness and relaxation of the nervous system. Here are yoga poses on the ground and on the sail that help develop coordination, balance, strength and flexibility.

The goal is to make the benefits of yoga accessible to more and more children. It is a gentle form of exercise adapted to the specific physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs of each participant.
The practice takes place in a safe, natural and pleasant environment in order to support the development of each child and to acquire a more positive self-image.
The department is aimed at school children, teenagers and young adults with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
- Down syndrome
- Mental disorders
- Brain paralysis
- Other developmental disorders
